Terms & Conditions
1. Submission of this booking form establishes a formal contract between the named Pharmacy Group and OpenRoom Events (the organisers) under the following terms and conditions. In submitting this form you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named Pharmacy Group, to enter into this agreement.
2. Buyer delegates qualify for one complimentary place per Pharmacy Group. Additional delegates from the same group are simply required to cover their direct onsite costs. Any additional delegate places are to be agreed with the organiser prior to the event, and all fees pertaining to said additional delegate place must be paid in advance of the event.
3. The complimentary place includes participation in the forum; two nights’ accommodation at Don Carlos Hotel, 2nd & 3rd May; event meals and delegate directory.
4. Flights, airport transfers, insurance and visas (where applicable) must be arranged by delegates and any changes to flight schedules are the responsibility of the delegate. The organisers are not responsible for any disruption resulting from changes to flight schedules.
5. Buyer delegates are required to attend all pre-arranged meetings. Delegates who do not attend the meetings will be charged for his/her onsite costs.
6. Supplier delegates book and pay to attend the forum on the basis of the list of sponsored delegates. Any buyer delegate who becomes unavailable to attend the forum will be required to field a suitable replacement. Any buyer delegate who cancels on or after 1st February 2018 and is unable to provide a replacement will be liable for a cancellation fee of £500.
