After finishing his degree in psychology from Bristol University, Matt embarked on a number of ventures from his home in Southern Spain, including yacht maintenance, selling wine and covid testing kits (though not together), recording a podcast, and taking a UX/UI design course. Finding no traction with these, he discovered OpenRoom and joined as Sales Executive. Matt is honing his sales skills bringing in new and exciting companies to our ever growing ReFuel Forums. Outside of the office, we've heard he's an exceptional football player and are looking forward to seeing him play with our new Closer Still friends!

After a couple of years skiing and paving his way as a chef in Val d’Isère, Will joined the Sales Executive team helping bring in new companies for our Dental and Eyecare events. Aware of his skills in the kitchen, the OpenRoom team are still waiting for that Sunday roast invitation...

Izzy comes to us from Monica Vinader, where she spent the last two years with the Sales Team. Joining the buyer recruitment team as an Account Executive working across all the portfolios, she brings with her a wealth of sales experience, plenty of positivity and a love of all things competitive! At home, Izzy enjoys taking down that high energy a notch or two in the evening with a glass of wine or a bath or both.

Lucia is a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh. After a four-year Geography degree, learning how to colour in maps, she moved to Mexico where she worked, travelled and ate lots (and lots) of tacos. On returning to London, she joined OpenRoom and the buyer recruitment team. She works across all our events helping to bring in new buyers, and is handy with a bit of Spanish. Outside work, Lu can be found catching up with friends over new food spots around the city (though now she avoids the tacos). 

Gracie traversed the Atlantic Ocean, leaving behind the Rocky Mountains of Denver, Colorado to conquer the stylish streets of London! She recently graduated from Richmond American University in London with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She has taken on the role of Event Administrator working closely with the team to put on unforgettable events. Outside of work, you can find her behind a rack of clothes at a fashion event or diving into a pile of accessories at a vintage market. 

Flo takes her responsibilities as Head of Security very seriously, monitoring everyone who comes and gos, and barking loudly when she's not sure. When she's not securing the premises, she rampages with Humphrey chasing tennis balls.
