We are delighted to announce that our conference chair and after-dinner speaker will be ex-England cricketer, Geoff Miller, OBE. Geoff represented England internationally for a number of years and since retiring, has spent time on the England Cricket selectors board. Miller, who domestically played for Derbyshire and Essex, was an outstanding all-rounder and has fantastic statistics to support this.

Chairing the panel discussion will be Julian Perry. Julian is the Group Commerical Director at mydentist - Europe's largest group with over 600 clinics. Prior to mydentist, he was CEO at Oasis Dental in the three years leading up to its sale to Bupa in 2016.
During his early career he founded and managed multiple clinics and then took on the role of CEO at the UK's largest independent consultancy. Julian qualified as a dentist in 1983 and then took a business traning course sponsored by Barclays Bank to become a sector specialist in retail healthcare.
