Mark McKenzie has worked in a variety of senior public affairs and commercial roles throughout his career, largely in and around the Australian fuels and automotive industry since 1995. He is currently the CEO of the Australasian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association (ACAPMA) – the national peak body in Australia that represents the interests of the fuel businesses that operate in the end stream of the fuel industry supply chain – that is, between refinery gate (fuel distribution and fuel wholesale) through to the petrol pump (petrol and convenience retailers). ACAPMA’s members perform an estimated 95% of the Australian wholesale task and directly and indirectly (via associated businesses) operate just over 74% of the nation’s 7080 service stations. In addition to his role with ACAPMA, Mark currently holds a variety of Board and Government advisory committee roles relating to the transport & logistics industry, alternative fuels and vehicle strategy, digital transformation, higher education research, and the Australian workplace skills arena.

The Transition to Clean Fuels in APAC: What are the Short- and Long-Term Implications?
Dieter Billen is a Partner and heads Roland Berger's energy practice in South-East Asia. He has worked in several countries across the region and originally started at the firm's Brussels office in Belgium.
He consults on energy transition topics and sustainability, especially renewables and clean fuels. He has advised investors and developers, governments, utilities, and energy players across South-East Asia. For example, he is currently working with the Singapore government on the country’s biofuel and biogas strategy.
Dieter holds a degree in economics from the University of Leuven (Belgium) and the Kiel Institute for World Economics (Germany). He also holds an Executive Degree in Public-Private Partnerships from Harvard University (USA).
